Filson stands behind every item we make with a guarantee against manufacturing defects, allowing returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for processing.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.
